Dangerous Goods Safety Adviser, what a can of worms! Pivotal Services can provide the services of an All Classes by Road qualified adviser. Undertakings which transport dangerous goods and for undertakings which carry out related loading or unloading in All Classes by Road in accordance with EC Directive 96/35/EC, 2000/18/EC and Statutory Instrument 1999 No. 257 - well that's what it says on the certificate.
What does it mean? You carry on with what you know, carriage of goods by lorry/van and we will look after the paperwork and systems of work which you use. The UK regulations have been aligned with ADR by the application of the Carriage of Dangerous Goods and use of Transportable Pressure Equipment Regulations 2004 and subsequent amendments.
